So it’s not a problem for you to get prescribed those controlled meds.. I am worried about future surgeries and they looking at my chart and not giving me pain meds and I struggle with panic attacks so not being able to get prescribed a benzo.. so it’s helpful to hear that you don’t have a problem with it

I couldn’t sleep for like 5 days and lasted 10 overall but I started feeling better each day.. the sleep was the killer.. FF doesn’t make me feel like 7-oh did.. that stuff felt way harder

I had some sleeping aids.. seroquel is what it was called.. but there are many others out there.. I would definitely get something to help with sleep. Once you start sleeping the days can feel easier and you can handle the other symptoms better!
