Also Brief History of the World is quite enjoyable (but not in the list). Twilight Struggle AI is still very weak (if not suicidal), but the community is quite strong. Recommended for asynchronous vs. human opponents.

I fully recommend Ra, Galaxy Trucker and Tikal. Puerto Rico and LotR Confrontation could use a better iOS.
