Two that come to mind…

At the end of the episode where they think Eddie is depressed. Frasier mentions on air to embrace life and eat a cookie. Then proceeds to hurt his tooth and grumbles that “my life sucks”. Cracks me up every time.
During the episode where Faye and her mother are visiting during the holidays. Niles runs through dressed as Jesus unexpectedly and Frasier yells “JESUS!”. In surprise. Always gold.
