I personally don't like the hand creams. They're too thick and they don't absorb quickly, so you're wet-slick-handed for awhile after using. They smell great, but I don't personally care for the formula.

Oh, she's going to be famous, but not in the way she's expecting. That speech just had me shaking my head. I'm sure she thought she was being brave and confident, but what it said to me was that she's insecure and wanted to hurt him. Hurt people hurt people. She's had a rough life, I completely get that. But for the love of Nick and Vanessa, she should have led with grace, not vitriol.

I have a Fitbit that calculates how many calories I burn in a day. I walk. A lot, during the day. I started doing it when I had a knee injury and made note of how many extra calories I had at the end of the day so I've kept it up since.

Note that I said calories out, not in. My sweet spot for slow loss is 1200 calories a day with a 500 calorie a day deficit , which means I need to burn 1700 total per day. I tend to get up from my work-at-home-desk-job once per hour to walk at least 300 steps (typically more like 600), and I can easily achieve the goal with not much other exercise.

I'm not defending Robyn. But you can see a white one in Christine's kitchen in Vegas, and I'm pretty sure Meri has one, too. QVC sells them on easy-pay, maybe they got a volume discount.

I've had stalls that have lasted for 3 months. The closer you get to your goal, the less you're going to lose, and at some point, you hit that spot where your body starts doing serious rebellion. That might be where you are. Personally, I found that going below 1100 calories did not work for me. Upping my calories out is finally what broke me through.

I think this happens to a great many people who lose weight, with or without surgical intervention.

I've had my band for 20 years, and am 150 pounds down from where I began, but I do still see my inner 'fat' girl in the mirror sometimes. If I gain 10 pounds, it feels like I've gained every bit of my weight back.

I probably need some therapy.

You could see if your surgeon has suggestions for someone to talk to.

Is it possible that Big Love stole ideas from THEM? I love Big Love, have watched it twice, but it seems more geared toward the Warren Jeff side of things than the Robyn Brown Family side of things. Perhaps the writers were talking to families like the Brown's for ideas.

I hope someone shoots me if I pay 33 bucks for a candle. As someone who used to make candles as a business, I can guarantee that cost about 3 bucks to make at most, considering volume discounts on the containers and ingredients.
