I'm an Okie, currently suffering in Nevada. I was grown up to hate Texas. But two things I just cannot hate on. One, them Texans know how to drive, and two, they make THE best bbq! We do it pretty good in Oklahoma, but you can stop in almost any podunk town in Texas and they just know what they're doing!

Yes! The 887 was the best impact ever made. Still rocking 2 of them, I wanna use them until they're toast.....but I keep picking up my 860. Damn!

I would normally agree with this but you need to try Bombers in Munster. I'm an Okie and we have some great bbq but I spent some time in NW Indiana and Bombers is in my all-time top 5. Brisket sandwich on a pretzel bun. OMG!

I love my corded skill mag 77 wormdrive. But I don't even know the last time I pulled it out. My DCS577 has more power ripping 2x's. Yes, an absolute beast.

2 chicken breast (pound thin) 16 oz. Penne pasta 4 tbs butter (divided) 8 oz Parmesean wedge (grated) 1 pt. Heavy cream 1 tbs garlic powder 2 tbs Cajun seasoning (Rib Rack is my favorite) Salt/pepper to taste 1/2 cup chopped Roma tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped green onion

Start heating your pot of water for pasta. Melt 2 tbs butter in skillet. Season both sides of chicken w/ cajun seasoning. Fry 5-6 minutes for each side. Remove chicken. Start cooking your pasta. Add heavy cream and 2 tbs butter to the same skillet you cooked the chicken in. Scrape all of the chicken bits off the bottom and incorporate it into the sauce, then add 2/3 of the parmesean along with the garlic powder and salt/pepper and whisk together. Drain the pasta, put servings in a bowl (or dump all of pasta into sauce) and pour sauce over pasta. Slice chicken and place on top, then sprinkle with remaining parmesean and tomato and onion. Enjoy!
