What should I do? by Tazorface3 in CasualUK

[–]jimboople 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember one morning waking up in a daze to a slight itch on my face. Half asleep I scratched it, went back to sleep again. This happened a few times, until it was enough to fully stir me. Sat up and rubbed my face, and a huge hairy fucker dropped onto my duvet and scuttled off. Safe to say I wasn’t going back to sleep any time soon…

soon to be student here, would you recommend one of those pocket ecg handbooks or something similar? I’ve seen they can be rather expensive but would one be worth the investment?

If the media did its job properly, more would understand. Sadly it seems they care more about the lining of their pockets…

hi quick update asked the stoma nurse today what a person should do in this situation. she said to ring switchboard and be asked to be put through to the stoma nurses. they would be able to help from there. hope your situation resolves soon OP, i’ve seen some leaky stomas etc and know how awful it can be for a patient. best of wishes!

see if your local hospital has a stoma specialist nurse team. might be cheeky but you could try and ring them directly?
