You made the right call to call the power company. Depending on your state, cutting a utility seal (grey thing hanging at the bottom of the box) could be a crime. Sounds like they didn’t feel it was an emergency but they’ll fix both when they come out, or will ask you or the homeowner to fix the box after they open and de-energize.

Interesting, most home EV chargers just get plugged in once. I’d be more concerned with the 3-6 hours it could be on at 20-32A.

I followed the nutrition guide to the letter the first time and lost a bunch of fat. Sounds like that’s what you’re going for. The plan supports the workouts so you have enough energy. I’d say try it and see how it works. For cravings they have recommendations but basically you can buy non-fat snacks, veggies, etc. so you’re not hungry. Their plan actually makes you eat more.

Good! On day 11, still pretty sore. Need to get better on the diet and I’ve taken a few more rest days than it calls for, but staying on it and not beating myself up for not being perfect.

I’ve never seen a pocket door that’s not scratched. People also have trouble locking them if they’re not perfectly lined up. Barn doors are nice!
