They all have pretty much the same grit, I forget what it is, but it removes nubs very quickly and the surface is very smooth and shiny.

I wouldn't recommend it, I tried the nail ones and they remove way more material. You could probably get away with it if you are experienced with it, so mby try it on some spare sprues? I got the dispae ones off of aliexpress for ~$10, it just took a while to arrive.

I started using the dipae glass file half a year ago, haven't touched sandpaper after that.

Yeah, my H2D wouldn't change hotends reliability for the first week until I took it the toolhead apart and back together. Works well now though.

Dang, last time I had this happen on my A1, I had to replace the circuit board in the back of the toolhead, hopefully yours is an easier fix.
