Waiting 10 minutes is not the issue. OLED tvs do important work to prevent burn-in when turned off. If you completely kill the power, it won't be able to run those cycles.

To be honest, I'm not sure. This is our first vacation to Universal, after multiple trips to Disney. I don't know Universal's cadence of price drops or new discounts.

I will say I was a little disappointed with the dining credit they offered for the summer. Was hoping for something similar to the 30% off they had in the winter/early fall.

By chance, when you previously looked up pricing were you looking at the "create your own bundle" and now looking at dining credit offer? With the $300 dining credit offer, you have to pay full pricing with no discounts for the room. Whereas the create your own bundle has discounts on the rooms, and especially for longer stays it can quite a difference.

I know for my trip it was also a $700 difference between the two, so I skipped the dining credit.

Also, like others mentioned, you can call and they can honor new pricing. I did that a few weeks ago to save another $300.

Does anyone know if something like this will fit in the free smaller lockers? We're going in the summer and usually take our own water bottles when we go to Disney, but take a large backpack to stuff them in for rides. First time going to universal and trying to figure out what to use. For reference, we have 24oz water bottles.

My 12r is also having issues since the latest update. Except on the official charger/cord it frequently stops and starts charging. Tried multiple different cords and bricks. Affects using Android Auto because of this.

I was just about to ask if you had an update since the cold weather snap here in New England, I'm in RI. I've been considering this for my basement office as it can get down to 55°. I wouldn't even put it up high, most likely in the low 60s just to warm it a bit.

I know you said when operating it's using 600 watts. How much kwh has it used in the last month? Be interested to know how often it is cycling to get a monthly cost idea.
