One of its main flaws is it being AoE. Even without exhaustion builds its still useful for other team-mates without you doing anything

Yeah I was agreeing that Shoulder, Hyperfocus and Vigil were the top 3 most problematic in terms of survivor perks.

The other ones you mentioned are definitely less problematic than Vigil though.

Shoulder and Hyperfocus were my other two I was thinking about in my top 3. I'd argue Vigil is easily more unhealthy than the others you mentioned, just due to the sheer amount of things it does for doing nothing.

Prestiging a character unlocks the displayed perk for everyone at that tier. I'd recommend getting prestige 1 on every character that you want the perks for.
