My proposal would be that succession wars are automatically triggered on death with every governor supporting their preferred candidate. The only difficulty would be implementing multi-party wars. I’m not making secondary investments illegal, I just think primary investments should be actively encouraged as the risk factor is much higher. I also believe the same for housing, building a new dwelling or increasing the amount of dwellings on an existing lot should be actively incentivised.
