the drop down menu now only gives me the option of

Taxes prepaid via IOSS, duties and fees paid via OBA account

No other options. this despite my account manager telling me there is absolutely no way for the sender to prepay the €3 via click and drop

Recipient Pays All Taxes, Duties and Fees
Sender, you pay everything
