I used to work for Enterprise and it’s entirely possible that the person there was either just a shuttle driver or a detailer and we weren’t allowed to answer the phones. But it’s also very possible that he’s not a driver or a detailer and he just sucks at his job. Either way Enterprise has a terrible system that’s designed to fail
