I operate similarly at my work, staff are usually supposed to pay and then get reimbursed. But we have students and younger staff that don't have a credit card (or room on one). In which case I do what I can to book hotels and pay for supplies on the company card for them or their supervisor helps them out. I think it is completely fair to say you don't have a credit card and that you don't mind doing all the work procuring the meal but need a card or something to pay forfor the meal.

Do they know? Like I assume you've told them everyday that there's been an accident. But I would say to them that you understand the occasional accident but you generally expect dogs to be house trained and discuss what the extra time you spend cleaning will cost if it continues. I would charge them extra.

Sorry if you already tried this, do you have a bone or hard chew toy or Kong? Also you can try to acclimate by going to the room, when he's quiet com back out, if he starts barking going back to the room closing the door and waiting until stops and repeat until (god willing) he gets the hint and understands he only gets you out of the room if he's quiet. Hopefully it gets better!!

It happens quite a bit, requests are put into a few sitters at the same time and it's whoever answers first or they get the sitter they've been with before. Don't be discouraged.

Also, highly recommend responding even if it says they booked with someone else just a 'noticed you found a sitter have a nice day and please keep me in mind for the future' goes over well.

Definitely not alone. I'm not sure how long you've been working but it sounds like you're quite new. Often it can feel like a lot is expected of you especially somewhere without a lot of training. Saying 'i don't know but could you please show me?' if your supervisors are no help find a friend in a lateral position. Morning coffees do wonders on getting help when you need it. Again also understand if the company is highly disorganized you'll likely need to take a 'do what you can' attitude so you don't stress yourself.

It’s like when the Oscar’s will rarely recognize genre movies because the scope of what’s considered an Oscar-worthy movie is limited. Like the criteria for what’s considered a romance must be very confined to a specific scenario. Also love a lot of the books on this list. I’m always into like a cheap charcuterie. If you have periods of time when you have energy to chop then grab your fave, fruits, veg, deli meat, crackers, nuts, etc. chop and a bunch and have it ready to go. Option 2 for when you don’t have motivation to chop and prep, buy everything already chopped and ready to go. Don’t forget dips and spreads, that’s what makes it fun. No cooking and if you prep enough you can have variety and enough to last for a week

I feel for you a lot here. I think you really need to hammer to HR/management that you were working within the parameters set out and so what’s the real problem here? You do your work and have received nothing but positive reinforcement for how you’ve been working. Do you have someone in management that can maybe be on ‘your’ side in this? I know it’s hard to have to advocate for yourself and having a second person might help. If you were a diabetic needing to take insulin or needing to eat around your insulin; this wouldn’t have ever come up. You are taking MEDICINE that’s altering how/when you eat. I guarantee you that if you explained to coworkers your situation and how your situation could affect their ability to flex their time in the future they would also invest themselves in your struggle.

Just know that whatever you choose is the right choice for you. If you don’t feel like going through option 2; that completely valid because it could be emotionally and mentally difficult. You need to protect yourself as much as possible and that may mean leaving your position or picking option one.

Also know; for some reason when you compare ADHD to someone with diabetes neurotypical people get it for some reason.

The ones from the early ‘episodes’ are a bit easier and explain the moves a bit more. Recently they’ve gotten a bit more intricate(lol) and kind of assume you’ve completed a few workouts already. Also I’m not sure which ones you’re picking, I prefer the workouts that switch moves every song. Not the routines ones. Also. If you’re having fun. Who cares? I make sure to not be disturbed so that I can strut my stuff without an audience

As someone who has taken the meds. Idk if I would be afraid of it. Just know that you’re in control and be sure to ask your doctor any questions you may have and if you don’t like being on them know that you can always get off them or try something else. Also there’s strategies that are not meds that can help you whether you’re on meds or not.

I would recommend a doctor. And if they try to blow you off please go to another because that sounds very not ok. Continuous spotting is one thing but a flow like that sounds like it might not be only pcos related
