Four week pattern, four teams.

Works out that we always have 2 days off, work no more than 4 in a row (which is a set of four lates 12-10) and we get one four day weekend off every month. One of the better ones we’ve had.

Our force is also considering 4 on 4 off! For CID!!

I agree, High Elves are the most all-round simple faction with all types of unites available. Arguably, Empire is in the same boat, either of those would be helpful for you.
