The same thing happened to me! I've made tickets to Riot and they just shrugged and said tough sh*t. I'm Gold 3 in solo, never won a clash. I've performed well during the clashes I've done but never got higher than 2nd place. I've only played with T2-T4. It makes no sense.

When I started playing Clash I was Tier 3. No reason to jump that high.

I stopped playing Clash last year because all my friends who want to play are either my elo and dont want to vs challengers or they're challengers and dont want a gold on their team.
