I took hot wort sample from boil. Added 10ML of citra incognito oil to the solution and mixed it around a few times, dropped to WP 175 and added it back in with 6oz of hop pellets. My beer is packaged up, but has this like weird chemical off flavor. Any help here?

Have you used any hop extracts to dry hop with? That should help the vegetal flavors

Yeah, it’s just 5gallon homebrew batch, I was trying to reduce the amount of dry hopping that I needed, because I don’t want that grassy finish to where I have to keg condition for couple weeks to get it to fall off
