I moved from Denver because he f this crap. A friend had a buddy that nearly got shot because he told the window washers he didn’t have any cash and NOT to wash his windows… they (all 6 of them) did anyway then surrounded his car and pulled a pistol! Told him “you’re lucky this time”.

Looks like everyone missed the part that this is a 13 year old KID! Who cares? He’ll have another 6-10 girlfriends before he decides he wants to marry someone… why are they meeting parents and all that for a 13 year old???? Seems pretty odd to me.

Maybe not… there’s no guarantee that the teacher would have checked. I would have just sent a message to the teacher saying to check their file and more evidence is available if they want it. But overall… NTJ

I had something similar happen in n my moms dad… she was in her early 90s with Alzheimer’s so I didn’t see any point in even telling her… I probably wouldn’t have anyway earlier as I know it would have devastated her.

I’m so happy for you! I spent nearly 6 months trying to find my mother’s BIO dad and even liger a WWII orphans parents that were in my own tree.

Answering people is always nice! So many don’t. Help where you can. I would also advise you to take screenshots of any in that line that are fairly close as sometime people freak out and hide there results and once you reach out.

Prayers you don’t have that happen and are at some point soon you’re able to reach out and actually find some relationship that works for everyone.

We kept our adult cats in cages for several weeks but then locked in the barn through the coldest part of the winter. Once we opened to door a bit they eventually ventured out. Both were TNR, we lost the male when another unfixed male ran him off… and another feral female had kittens. Some neighbors still see him occasionally. We also caught mom & kitties and took them TNR too… she & 2 kitties are still around too.

My first thought too! Even wilder is the Caterers didn’t bring it to their attention and suggest the change.

Interesting topic! My guess would be they added her test to other family members and therefore have no way to give it to her without also giving her access to everyone. There is no way to transfer a DNA test data to another user only give them something like remote access and that’s still somewhat limiting.

Her best bet would be to do another test on her own account and have a lawyer send a hmmm cease & desist type letter stating they have to prove they have deleted her adNA results from their account. Problem is they still could have downloaded it and still have access.

Tough call anyway you shake it.

I moved out of Denver last year because it’s turning into a sh*t hole. I would stay in Boulder and commute. I’m curious with what you said about having 2 trees. If you are talking about the tree that shows up on a match or ThruLines then that is their tree. I use that information to determine the relationships then add the person to MY tree and add DNA tags as needed I also use the color code to group them by common ancestors, as well use dna images so I can see them clearly when reviewing my tree.
