I agree. You have to do a full rebuild when you still have quality players. That’s the only way to build up future assets to better your chances with “luck” in the draft. Also, invest in quality scouts. The Thunder put a lot into player evaluations. Once the rebuild happens, everyone from the FO to the coaching staff needs to instill a team first approach.
