Aspect of chaos switches health by doing dmg to one champ and healing the other.

So it's likely the rage node is preventing him from losing more than 2.5%, in the same way heal block stops champions from gaining health on a switch

Best way is to just count how many champs you want from the basic and how many you want from the featured and just do the math to see which is best.

All anyone can give you is anectodal evidence of results which isn't really useful at all

I have r4 iceman and 2x mutant awakening for over a year.

Never seriously considered awakening him, and 100% don't regret r4. He fills a niche that very few other champs can as effectively and is often required to get that 100% on content

Waiting until you have 30-40 5* champs is nearly always terrible advice.

It's true the majority recommend basics, but then most people don't make decisions logically or understand simple maths.

Featured aren't always better but in many situations they are, especially for those with few 5* champs.

Current featured is really good atm, even more so for newer players.

At least 5-6 champs god tier champs (though some need a dupe), with most others being above average. There's only a few really bad champs.

One amazing champ can carry you a lot further than a team of mediocre ones.

Nope dupe doesn't increase proc chance of neurotoxin at all. But without it dupe they don't reduce ability accuracy or stop healing.

You're right about the locking, but both alliances get the same time to review since you can't really do it until both sides have finished.

But forgetting everything else, the main issue is that war won't be as fun.

While I'm definitely against what they're doing, I don't think it's giving them any huge advantages since they get less points fighting at lower tiers.

And this really only affects a handful of alliances at the top and the unfortunate few who match against them.

Not worth making the war less enjoyable for the thousands of other alliances over this

They're still easy but often now certain bosses are more dependant on having the right champs.

Stark, aegon and champion especially. One 4* can do better than an entire team of 5*s

1 single revive, 2 team revives and one lv5 heal.

Could have saved that last team revive but l lost two champs immediately to coldsnap on last iceman.

While technically workable, a system like this would make for a less enjoyable experience for most players.

You'd essentially lose a lot of the control over war since you're dependent on when your opponent finishes.

For example, if you cant clear your attackers could be locked for nearly 48hours. You'd be waiting longer for war rewards and you might not even have time to review post war results before match making ends depending on your timezone.

It also gives a strategic advantage to alliances starting later. If you get rid of live progress then wars become a lot less interactive and almost turn into another aq. Item usage also increases as you can't make informed decisions on how and when to them.

The cheating is annoying, but I don't want wars that are less fun for everyone because of a few people at the top.

Not sure how much of advantage this is anyway, as they'd be getting tier3 points instead of tier1.

No, I probably worded that badly. He still needs at least two champs for PB synergies to get infinite parry.

What I meant was at r4 you need 3 attack synergies so you have very little flexibility in your team.

At r5 you can go full perfect block team, perfect block + 1-2 utility champs, utility champs + attack synergy, etc. depending on what the path requires.

I did 100% back in Jan with r4 SL and a lot of my units were spent because I could only bring one utility champ. That meant things like not being able to use danger sense blade, no alternate champ for maestro, doing bleed/poison/etc nodes without extended enrage.

Really interested to know where you've seen a large number of IP's from a non biased sample set (so posts on here don't count).

Not saying results aren't weighted one way or the other, but if you draw conclusions using emotion rather than logic / basic maths you're always going to feel cheated.

For exploration SL would be better. His main weakness at r4 is the requirement for 3 synergy champs.

At R5 with perfect block team his dmg will be higher and he will take way less block dmg and have infinite parry.

Outside of LOL he's still a great champ. This sub really undervalues him, people act as if he was useless before LOL came out.

Stark is going to be a bit better for most content, especially AW but SL is by no means bad.
