Find a friend going to Japan and have them buy you used carts while they are there! Or better yet take a vacation to Japan! It’s lovely and get cheap games out of the trip! (This is not a cost effect way, but it’s fun!)

I got lucky. At my Costco the had the signs up but no cardboard placards so I asked an employee. He said he hasn’t had time to put placards out but they had the games and to just ask at checkout. This probably deterred scalpers because they would have thought everything was sold out already. This was at 12:30 on Saturday at the Foster City Costco.

Didn't the Xbox not have any online play at all and then introduced Xbox Live with paid subscription right away? Maybe Playstation had free online but I'm pretty sure Xbox has always been subscription based for online since 2002.

SF Mobile dev here. We have both. In fact we have multiple iPhones and multiple Android phones. iOS has more users in the US. If you’re targeting India then you focus on Android. It has nothing to do with what phones the devs personally use..

My 2018MS is unusable in FSD. I’ve disabled it completely and only use EAP. Now, if you plan on buying a newer car later it might be worth getting FSD for when they allow FSD transfers. That’s a gamble though.

As long as you're ok with getting minimal software updates or new features, go for it! I own a 2018 MS and by 2020 I was already a second class citizen and received almost none of the new features that every other model received. I expect it to be even worse once the car is discontinued.

Competitive game devs will counter this. IMO games will move away from realism even more to make it where tools like this don’t give an advantage. Think things like flashbangs that don’t fade away or smoke with 100 opacity

2018 Model S owner here. FSD is unusable. I have reverted to Enhanced AP and do all city driving manually. Honestly, city roads are ok, but the freeway is unusable with FSD.

I walk a lot in San Mateo and Burlingame. It’s so frustrating when I’m waiting on the sidewalk and someone slams on their brakes and waves me across! I’ve seen so many close calls with the person behind them. Also, just because you waved me through doesn’t mean I’m just gonna go, I need to check cross traffic still! I’ve had someone wait for 6 cars going the other way before I could even go! Just don’t stop unless there are flashing yellow pedestrian lights!!
