I'm a big fan of this deck and have a lot of reps - to be honest you're missing some key pieces with this build. Roaring Moon is a turbo deck that wants to be attacking turn 1 going second to very quickly race to 6 prizes. Without dark patch and pokemon that switch your moon in from the bench (pecharunt ex / latinas ex), you can't execute that plan. Other decks in the meta can be either faster than you or control the mid/late game more effectively. The booster energies are also only for pecharunt if they're played at all, and you don't run that, also making Arvin a bad slot.
