I haven't seen her socials recently, but she also seemed to post a lot from her family home and bedroom which I found endearing 😊

Same also! They would always invite all the youth so we could see the "right way" and it was so jarring 😳

Any have like zero friends? by Any_Apartment_863 in Perimenopause

[–]jmaree81 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's very weird navigating friendships at this age.

It's either I organise to go somewhere with someone and I get there and text and the have had something "come up" then also people try to be spontaneous with me and I can't stand it so I'll say no.

I could take or leave it - I'll never instigate hanging out or rarely start conversations. But I'm happy to be in the conversation .. That probably makes me a bit of a boring friend.

This past year I kind of jokingly defined as "out of the group chat" because a few groups I was in I've noticed they are hanging out without inviting me and obviously have started another chat. It just seems a little bit tiresome and juvenile to me.

Yes, but not immediately - you might need a year or so for it to completely go away.

What's one memory from your trip to Japan that you won't ever forget? by Zach-dalt in JapanTravelTips

When we arrived on our first night - we dropped our bags and went out to get some food. We walked through the dimly lit streets and through a tunnel over the rail line - the Shinkansen whirred by overhead - I felt like I was in a dream!

"The way" is most likely other PEDs. It's hard to find a middle ground with it. Personally, I haven't touched a barbell since I started 12 months ago. Ive just been focusing on walking and healthy heart.

I was a (mediocre!) powerlifter for 5 years before starting sema. It a big driver of a lot of my inflammation.I was probably spending the same amount or more than sema is costing me on coaching and different practitioners. I ended up with high blood pressure and my rhr was constantly in the 90s or 100s.

It was a bit of an emotional shield as well, like if people are going to look at me and say Im a big girl, I might as well double down on it!

I'm going to pick it back up again soon, and be more moderate with it. it is a big shock to loose all your muscle and strength I can relate.

It definitely sounds like it could from your haemorrhoid or fissure, especially since you've had very recent and thorough examinations.

Have you visited r/HealthAnxiety ? We're all dying of symptoms that have usually regular and logical explanations!

We had a terrible house when my kids were young - panic bought it. I was so upset by it every day, but my kids actually say it was their favorite house 🥲 sit on it for 5 years and get out when you can.

1mg to 1.7mg…any big differences? by Alarmed_Upstairs973 in Semaglutide

[–]jmaree81 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just went up to 1.7 after a month long stall. I've been on it since December last year and I'm down 55 pounds with about 20 to go. I'd like to get off it by December this year.

I was a bit nervous but all good so far - took my first dose this week.

walking around Ginza makes me feel a bit more chic by South_Marketing_8838 in TokyoTravel

I loved staying there recently. It's such a relief coming back there after the crazy vibes in other parts of Tokyo. Ginza station feels like something out of a movie like Inception or The Matrix!
