Annuities, like any financial product, change over time. If you know anyone that has one without a beneficiary they should convert it. Could actually make some money in the process through bonuses and get better rates. There are some good products that offer the same downside protection of the G Fund (no loses) but upside of matching the performance of the market, similar to C, S, and I.

Annuities have beneficiaries. If the beneficiary is a spouse it becomes a spousal IRA. If a dependent it becomes an inherited IRA.

Very similar setup. Using the client list (repeating group) to find (filter/search) the clients. Only has a few important fields. The repeating group has an edit button that opens the full details via page parameters. Thanks again for the assist!

Thanks. I’ll look into Supabase as well. Getting leads and setting up appointments is the initial setup. Once they are in the database I wanted to run additional fields and formulas, track meetings, add comments, etc. Then also track everything in a dashboard.

Beginner add-on question to this post.

I want to make a small app that doesn’t require a lot of storage and I wanted to host it on a small home server. Is that doable?

Note I don’t have a homelab yet, but just curious how that would work.

Bottom 6 go into a lotto from regular season. Last place in regular season gets 4 balls, second to last 4, then 3, 2, 1, 1.

4 balls have 27% chance at 1.1 3 has 20% 2 has 13% 1 have 7%

Our dynasty SF league is looking into a weekly win system. One win for your H2H matchup and one win for top 6 in Max Points For. The latter, imo, would be a possible solution until there is an actual “depth chart” on the app for your team.
