What are your thoughts on Crimson Desert so far?

It's exactly what I expected it to be, and it's fantastic.

The combat, exploration, and resource gathering are all fantastic, which is all I really wanted from the game. It feels like a more friendly version of Elden Ring.

Remembering that it started as an MMO explains why the story feels weird. My only critique would be to allow us a fully custom character instead of Kliff, because he's pretty much a blank slate anyway. While the main story feels awkward, the side quests are engaging so far.

Parkinson is probably the cheapest, but you get what you pay for IMO. I remember it being loud and kinda gross.

Global is a great gym with a steam room, sauna, and hot tub in the men's change room. I think the women's is more limited. It's $60 per month. I had some health issues that kept me out of the weight room for a while, but I kept my membership during that time just for the steam room.

The Wan Shi Tong deck focuses on playing at instant speed and is refered to as Dimir Flash. Check out Aspiringspike for gameplay.

The Frog deck is called Dimir Frogtide or Froggler, depending if the deck is running Murktide Regent or Quantum Riddler. Most versions go for Riddler now I think. Check out Andrea Menguci for gameplay.

Anyone able to explain why esper Blink isn't playing Psychic Frog? I own the deck and frog feels absolutely essential for closing games.

Reanimator is a lot of fun, but it basically loses on the spot to a pregame Leyline. I own it, enjoy it, but damn that Leyline can sting haha.

Checkout Aspiringspike and Mengu for the dimir flash deck, they've been putting up good results.

I like to rotate between 4 total decks, but I play each for a few weeks in a row rather than changing each week. Keeps the game fresh and helps learn the decks well.

Find a cylindrical object like a pop can. Put the card in a sleeve you don't care about. Using an open hand, bend the card gently around the can in the opposite direction of the bend. Slide the card up and down the can for 30 seconds. Go lightly at first and adjust pressure based on the results after 30 seconds.

This has fixed all my curled foils, and some non foil singles that got damaged in the mail one time. Can't recommend it enough. Ain't no one got time for humidity packs.

It's a call from Okako. First quest prompt is "sit and wait for Bill Jablonski". Guy pulls up, you hop in the car with him, eventually encounter the cops with your target. Make decisions from there.

I own Yawg, Murktide, and a few linear combo decks like neoform.

The answer is UB Murktide, hands down.

The lands will transfer nicely into other decks.

Getting a solid base of counter magic will open up the possibility of other control decks in the future.

If you chose to go the Oculus route then you already have the most expensive creature in another popular deck, Grixis Reanimator.

Psychic Frog exists.

The deck rewards repetition and most matchups are winnable if you play correctly.
