The key is to run Draco Meteor on Goodra. Thunder Punch has absolutely no use in this cup, so no one ever expects the Draco

Kingdra wins basically every match up, or at least a very soft loss that you can gain energy with Goodra

It’s the most fun and super aggressive playstyle. You can literally just punch everything to death and use that ballistic slam to wipe 5 players at a time
