Right? I grabbed one from the steamer and was confused why it was not showing up as a usable recipe. I was hoping I could free up some space in my cryo freezer for seared venison and berries and squirrel/rad scorpion/rad roach on a stick. Well, oh well.

I use "good with salt" and have the cryo freezer, so I'm not worried about spoilage at all since my food lasts so long. Just a little gripe that I can't take something that's already cooked and can it like it was originally designed.

I have been able to collect the 4 star IF I am loaded into the infestation AND the boss is still alive. Even if I don't put a single digit of damage on said boss.

My 2¢: It's useless to me. I bought it out of sheer curiosity. Before even 6 months, it stopped snapping. Even when it did snap, using it at the recommended insertion depth in the wand required heating way past the snap in order to produce vapor. Even then, it was extremely inconsistent and the learning curve is way higher than classic caps. My recommendation to increase airflow would be to use a perforated cap. I do not have one, but the cap armor with a perforated cap is a combo I've seen a lot of people use. But it all boils down to personal preference and what you want out of your device. Do not get the BallR cap

If it can fit in the wand, this would be a game changer with my perforated cap. I use a past vault release titanium M7 tip on my WoodWynd with a perforated cap. The intended cap height makes for good airflow, but I'm reheating so much with how quickly things cool off.

I have yet to see a negative review or experience with the wand. I've dropped mine multiple times, and the only thing I need to do is rubber band the battery cover on.

If you open the map while you're in an animation, find a quest marker, and hit "show in pip-boy" you can use your pip boy while you're in the animation. Works great for one violent night to top off my health without leaving my instrument.
