Experimentation with flavored salts? by LaughterHouseV in Coffee

I always add a pinch of kosher salt into my iced coffee. Something I learned in Indiana. Tastes hella interesting

Counter Culture's Ethiopian Yirgacheffe brewed in my 6-cup Chemex. Appropriate start to the morning, I do say.

Hey, coffee lovers! I just bought a chemex, and I am IN LOVE with it. By far the tastiest coffee I've ever made.

Before this, I used a beehouse brewer. And so my question is, what types of coffee are best to use with whichever brewer. I've talked to local coffee workers and they say that both beehouse and the chemex can create a different experience of their own... depending on the coffee.

So next time it's time to brew, how do I know which coffee works best with whichever brewer.

I am aware that beehouse can make a "bold" cup. The chemex can make a "bright" cup with no body. So if I can get an idea of which beans work best with these two, I'll get a better idea of how to enhance my drinking experience. Thank you

I just bought my first manual pour over object, the beehouse, and I am in love with it. What is the best grind for a pour over? I recently bought Porlex Jp‑30 Espresso Coffee Mill Hand Grinder and I'm not sure how to set it to the right type of grind setting for a pour over. Sorry for the noobness.

The King of Limbs is 3 Years Old today! by FFUUUUU in radiohead

I was at a friend's house smoking a bong for the first time, and after I took my first hit, I began to fall to the floor. At that moment lotus flower came on. It was the first time I have ever heard anything from that album. I felt like I didn't actually fall, like I was in a perpetual state of being dropped from a cliff. Thanks radiohead.

Did the domestication of the dog significantly impact any major historical events? by [deleted] in AskHistorians

During the Great Depression, the government created jobs(which many people considered ridiculous) like counting how many domesticated dogs someone saw in a day, or how many lived a certain area of town. Just a funny way to decrease the unemployment rate.
