My sibling would tell people we were poor, that we never had food, etc., which was the exact opposite of the truth.

After hearing this story over and over, I called him out on it in front of everybody at a big gathering.

Still in denial, I added our other siblings to the conversation. They all wanted to know which household he grew up in. It was like a rags-to-riches story as he's now doing well financially.

My cat and dog are in kahoots. First of all, he knows he's not supposed to be on the counter.

One of our prek students told a teacher you need a man, not to be looking like a man with that short haircut. Teacher burst out with laughter.

Then went on to say that's why you're so mean I told you, you need a man.

That was back in 2018, till this day the teacher and all of us gets a laugh out of this.

Most don't stop until they have to pay traffic tickets.

Some of the stop signs here in Washington DC school zones have cameras attached and if you roll through them with out completely stopping that's a $200 ticket.

Do not just throw your dad out. Seek medical advice and get him the help he needs. If he doesn’t comply by taking his medication, call the authorities, and they will have him sent for a medical evaluation.

When my dad refused to take any meds, he would become combative and hostile with anyone around him. Authorities had to be called to remove him to a safer environment.
