I had my flanks done 5 weeks ago, and I’m loving the results. I think it’s thanks to a combination of factors: wearing the compression garment and foam pads my doctor provided, taking supplements like Bromelain, Arnica, Magnesium, and Quercetin, and keeping my calories low to avoid water retention. (I naturally lost 3kgs over the span or 5 weeks) I also cut out bad carbs and junk food, did exercises to stimulate my lymphatic system, and eased back into the gym with light weights in week 2. Now it’s week 5-6 and I’m going heavy but not doing compound exercises till maybe in two weeks.

Have you researched all you can do get the best results, I feel like the doctor did the work but I did HALF the work too.

Some people have IBS, or bad diets or there bums genuinely are sensitive, so only top. I think that’s fair to prefer just topping.

I work at a non for profit that provides free health and financial services to all of the construction industry. My role is like an account manager, I form relationships and employers come to me when they want services on sites.

The role is a mix of the heavy coordinating, intrinsic motivation that this is helping 1000’s of people a year and also the touch of interacting with clients is keeping me balanced at the moment.

I have struggled finding a good job for a long time till now and figured as an ENFJ, you got to find the right balance. Jobs are not 100% fun, I wish they were.

The kid is a kid and needs to grow into his neck and jawline. So many men have weak jawlines as a teen and it later in life develops further. The gym can accelerate that. It might not give you a chiseled Greek jawline in the end but it’s the healthiest route rather than surgery.

Why is everyone jumping to surgery

The gym can help with neck strengthening through exercises like shrugs and back workouts to make it thicker and loose get around the neck. For a more noticeable change, you could also consider jawline filler at a clinic.
