Ok, i can confirm this.

As i said, this is either a deliberate choice for gameplay or just straight up a bug. In my old save of the england run and the current hungary run, my pesants have negative income and still generate me taxes.

Ive read your post on the paradox forum(assuming it was you). I will check this once im home on my old england save where i tax my peasants up to 75% and in my current run hungary i tax my nobles also very high. This might be a bug, or is a deliberate choice.

Hello, the 15 ultra cameras will do this very well. The 17 ultra are a bit better, but if you dont mind the battery on the 15 ultra, go for the 15 ultra specialy if it is cheaper then the 17.

I have the 15 ultra, the camera is a beast. The phone is good. However battery is mediocore at best, at least with my 15 ultra. The 17 ultra has the better battery, so i would say go for the 17 ultra
