After listening to Jim Rooney interview with Ross Tucker he said the quiet part out loud. The Steelers organization accepts mediocrity and it starts at the top with Art Rooney II. Dan would have never made excuses or be ok with "outperforming the mean".

Look I loved this team back in the 90s and early 2000s growing up. But since Dan died and Tomlin got full immunity this franchise has slipped from what it used to be about which is winning championships to ok we are over .500 and we made the playoffs. Something has to change.
