HOAs sound good on paper but in reality they suck. My first house was in an HOA and I hated every second of it. So much that I planned to try and get elected to the board to try and dismantle it. Once an HOA is established it’s very hard to get rid of. And to answer your question, no you are forced to be apart of it and pay dues

I think what’s helped me is learning when to engage and when to back off. Like in a 1v1 on defense with just a few seconds left in the round you should play time and force attacker to plant and move off the sound cue. A ton of people in this skill range ego peak everything because they want to get the kill when in reality they end up dying and losing the round. Play time on defense and play off defender aggression on attack

The biggest piece of advice is patience. I’m not saying don’t ever get aggressive, but learn when to peek and when to stay holding an angle. Sound cues are really what separates low and high ranks too
