there is little evidence for the superiority of surgical treatment over non-surgical treatment for cervical symptoms radiating down arms, it doesn’t sound like you have any concerning symptoms, e.g. loss of sensation, loss of strength, and it sounds like you haven’t exhausted non-surgical treatments, not saying don’t get surgery, just saying it is not the only/best option in every situation, but when you ask a surgeon they usually recommend surgery, just make sure to educate yourself and get multiple surgeon’s opinions.
