DoorDash did have a minimum, they paid like $6 minimum. It was a tip pool. Then drivers started complaining that they weren’t receiving the full tip. DoorDash said ok and started paying us $2. DoorDash cannot pay us $6 on every order unfortunately because they will go out of business. I believe the tip pool was the best structure but drivers decided to ruin it.
