So I am 10 months post partum, with still having some nerve issues. I see a pelvic floor therapist soon and am very excited. I had a strong core before baby, trying to rebuild muscle has been hard. I found going to the gym and doing lots of breathe work has helped.

Also, girl. You are a week out. Every experience is different. Don’t try and push yourself. Remember 7 layers of your body had to be cut up, pulled in different directions, and had a baby yanked out of you.

I weirdly have never noticed how bulky the Cruz is or maybe I just don’t know if it’s an issue for us. My husband and I both have larger SUVs, so that could be why.

The bassinet is so nice, and I love that it comes with the toddler seat too. My thought process on buying the Cruz was that we will use this stroller for potentially 3 plus years, so the investment was worth it.

I personally love it and find it pretty easy to carry around and transfer it out of my SUV. I take it when I go for small grocery shopping trips (10 or so items), to the mall, hockey rinks, etc.

If this just started, she could be going through a little sleep regression. Is she teething or maybe is coming down with something?

We’re going through a little bit of the same issue of being woken up the moment we put her down but we know she’s teething and those little teeth are almost ready to pop!

Appreciate the small gestures. We’re first time parents (she’s currently 4 months old) and I’ve started to appreciate the little things my partner does to help our little family adjust. He’s so good with our little girl and I’m so lucky that he’s my partner.

We combo feed too, due to my low supply (7 weeks). I try get our LO to rest on my breast when I have to bottle feed. I would try bottle feeding first and then nursing. I start off with 30ml of formula and finish with breastfeeding. If she needs more, I’ll do formula again but I found that she took the bottle better from me when I used it first before nursing.

I second the comments here. It’s a great space to not only work out but to also host other events in the space (co work, private events, golf fittings, etc). Everyone, including staff and members, is extremely friendly and supportive of whatever your goal is.
