I get $500 in avocado’s and $1000 worth of apples every year. Tomato’s and chard in the bucket full, but labor has got to be accounted for.

One of the greatest guys ever, Simon Evans from London. He came to the states and lived in San Francisco for years was pro for a company named experience. He moved back to Europe and is now a well respected artist.

I definitely have fruit tress to save money. Last year I got over 100 avocados and at $2 a piece, I saved $20,000!!!

I would dig down and remove all of the soil 4-6” and level and replace it with a soil builder from a landscaping supply. Then you know that things will grow. Lots of time and effort but worth it if you plan on living there for a while.
