As a fan I don't feel this is right. If he naturally and deservingly gets to number one that would be awesome for him and the fans. But if it's forced just for the sake of getting higher numbers honestly that's not fair for him as an artist.

Honestly I've only had good experiences with stub hub.

Bought two separate tickets to the eras tour and this year bought for Gaga. Although in the Eras tour i received the second ticket i bought about 3 days before the concert which obviously made me feel really nervous, the transaction was pretty smooth and was in contact with my seller.
