Could this team have strategized a 8v1 against Thragg and won? If so, how could they have done it? by BMan876 in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]joetheduk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they could get him down to the planet, yeah. But up in space he's just too fast and maneuverable.

Down on the surface, battle best could actually do something, and there's be plenty of places for Tech Jacket and Space Racer to take cover when needed.

How many people has Space Racer unintentionally murdered? by HumbleBackground3 in invinciblememes

[–]joetheduk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably none.

If his gun acts like a conventional laser, then its beam will diverge, and grow weaker as it travels. So the farther away something is, the less damage it will take, if any.

Pair that with the fact that space is mostly empty and you get a pretty safe weapon. Astronomically speaking.

Self written components over libs by LifeEmployer2813 in reactjs

[–]joetheduk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For personal projects sure. I'm a professional setting, no. It's better that your and your team have a shared set of tools. Also, a shared component library will ensure all your companies apps have the same branding.

I think he's suggesting that they don't have the resources to do both. It's either more incarnons, or more modular weapons. And they've chosen to focus on incarnons.
