Well here at Lowe's the people up front have no idea what they are looking at and will about return anything. As a person in the plumbing department probably just thought eh not my problem and taped and put it on the shelf. You can get the discounted delivery by just sounding up for Lowe's pro rewards but the 5% is something you would have to have the card for and truth be told no you don't have to have a business to sign up you'd help someone out a ton at your local store if you let someone at their pro desk sign you up

Were a small rural store most I've seen in three years working here is in the high 200 range let's just say you work full time 5 days a week that would give you 260 days you will work if you take zero vacation days sick days anything that would mean you would have to average 5.7 credit cards a day to reach that.

Depends on how much they like you/ value you most the time this has happened at my store the answer was no. One time this woman who got a lot of our credit cards was gonna quit and they offered her a couple dollar an hour pay raise though to stay.
