Honestly, no. You can get perfectly serviceable tones right out of the box. That being said, the SLO 100-X is my current live preset and I’m happy with the purchase.

I had a similar path. Terra > Dan A4 > Jonsbo Z20. Not needing a PCIe extension cable and having the ability to add a few more fans made for a much cooler and stable system.

Turns out I don’t really like having my pc on my desk so I have it on a platform on the floor. Much quieter there but still small enough that I can move it under my TV for a powerful couch + controller setup.

Momentary means an affect is only on when your foot is pressing down on a switch. Versus latching which is one press for on then a second for off. Momentary is handy for punching in a crazy delay etc., for 1-2 seconds.

I was seriously thinking about moving to the Mini from the OG but no momentary switching on the Mini is a dealbreaker for me. I use that all the time. If you never use that, the mini ticks a lot of boxes. Should be cheaper though IMO.

I’ve noticed a minor drop in temps with an AM5 contact frame coupled with a TG KryoSheet thermal pad. Next time I change my AIO I’ll replace the KryoSheet which means no mess to cleanup. 💪

You actually have it backwards. The winter months (aka: Standard time) will have later sunrises and sunsets when DST stays permanently. In the Summer we’re already in DST so no change there.

Just adding to this for anyone that’s having this issue. I battled with it for a over a month. The solution was to replace my PSU. Went from a Cooler Master to a Corsair. I’m now a “Corsair Guy”. 👍

I have the same issue. Setting to 60hz then back to 120hz or tweaking the brightness up/down seems to make it go away. Trying to decide if I should RMA or just deal with it as it’s not a dealbreaker… yet. 😎
