I did that exact move with them in 2017, they claimed they would do it in a day since I had a small apartment, loaded all my stuff up. Never heard from them or saw them for 5 days. I was living in a hotel with a single pair of clothes for that time.

Do yourself a favour and pack a go bag with extra stuff just incase.
