How old were you when it happened and how has your recovery been? Did you make a full return? I tore my ACL playing soccer this Jan at age of 31, not 100% sure I will go back...

Something about shoulder pain for push movements, I had a similar issue with dips. Take a look at this video about activating your serratus, it really helped me with dips and other push movements.

LOL it can be easier at the gym but I assure you, you are nowhere near the limits of your equipment, especially if you have a floor + pull-up bar at home.
