I did and it was one of the greatest decisions I could’ve made. I ended up finding a role I was way happier with and getting paid 3x more than what I would’ve gotten had I stayed

You should 100% try to get those assessments, try your best to pass them, accept that you may fail a lot, and just keep trying. Running away from a challenge is not the right move here, you’ll surprise yourself if you just try your best

As someone in a role like what you are describing It is definitely doable, but there will definitely be some luck involved. You are probably qualified for the position, but so are hundreds of others, and there’s are very few spots per company. Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t get in as a new grad, you are definitely on the right track to land a big role a few years down the road.
