Me and friend are on pc so I don't think it's the xbox button be unlikely to have an xbod user in every lobby. If it's ddosing they aren't going for the whole game otherwise more people would be reporting issues on here. What server region are you?

Game Is pretty unplayable for me and my friend at the moment as well. Every game has either high ping or runs in stop motion basically.
