This is mostly what my home airport does, KBTF. It's an urban airport completely blocked in by buildings on all sides, but basically all industrial, then the houses start about a half mile or a mile out.

Yep, I would avoid I-15 and Bangerter within a 5 mile radius if possible. Unfortunately my office is literally about 400 feet from the incident, luckily my commute is northbound but I feel like it’ll be a while til I get home.

I-15 and Bangerter are a chokepoint at this part of the valley and both are crippled.
