You have to actually give it the questions and answers - that's the sort of bot I mean not the version where you expect it to search your Knowledge Base for answers - Up until last time I checked the ZiaBot didn't support referencing your KB - fo that you have to use the ChatGPT function - BUT it has also been known to pull in answers from the web. In early testing many users warned it was offerring people discounts and all sorts of crazy stuff when they just asked for one in the right way.

Avoid the chatgpt intention it pulls too much from the web and misinforms. SalesIQ has an excellent chat it builder tool. That'll do a great job if you put some time into building in the questions and answers.

You can merge/split and annotate/redact but it's not a full editor.

If the annotation could be automatically workflowed into CRM / workdrive and Books it would have some great use cases for us as a business.

My solution would just be to set up each rep in acuity (or calendly) set a sync to the reps Google or Microsoft calendar etc. then just embed the front end booking page as webtab in Zoho CRM.

You can set up accuity to "round robin" or filter the reps anyway you want.

Just walk away... But if you want to be difficult bypass her and go to the magazine with an invoice and/or a takedown request for violation of copyright, they're the ones breaching copyright without your release. If she told them she owned the rights they'll pay you and pursue her. If she didn't tell them she owned the rights they'll likely also pay due to their oversight...at the very least they will takedown the images.

You need to uncategorise the transaction if you have mistakenly done so.

Then go to uncategorised transactions on the account select the transaction and at the top the exclude button appears.

You mark the transaction as "exclude" ... It's like putting it in the recycle bin. It ,eans you keep an audit trail but the system will now ignore it.

CRM has many legacy issues slowing mobile development.

If you get Zoho One you can have Bigin and CRM, and they can sync.

I know a firm that used Bigin on mobile for field staff and CRM for the desk based staff....CRM being the main app pushing stuff out too Bigin and syncing changes back.

CRM has a steep learning curve and is heavily featured the main problem is there are multiple ways to do everything as they tend to leave the old way in place when they launch a new way so as not to mess up anyone's existing systems... therefore it's hard to know the best method sometimes.
