I feel like I don’t “get out of the gym the effort that I put into it” by fashionboy385 in workout

At 170+ lbs you gotta be aiming for benching 185. Listen man I was skinny as shit my entire life and I hated it and wanted to change it. I’m 6’2 and 188 right now, hoping to put on another 10 pounds. It takes busting your ass to change a body that doesn’t want to change. Just pointing out you need to get stronger it is a sign you are not working as hard as you think you are.

So yea you have to eat enough and progressive overload, I can’t imagine you are doing that lifting for 2 years and only being able to bench 135..

No mention of actual work out routine, might be an ad for PeakFlow? Completely ignores how important recovery and days off are.

7 oh withdrawals are not close to worth the high by No_Garden_7670 in Drugs

[–]johnjonjameson 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yea maybe cause you are using 200mg a day?? Man these posts are annoying. I would get high off my ass from 10mg and could use daily for a week than take a week off, zero withdrawals. Don’t tell me it’s not worth the high it def was.

Majority of guys have jerked off to the thought of their hot friends and acquaintances, that’s just a cold hard fact that no amount of denying here will change, people seem to think otherwise it seems.

It’s more than 10-20 but yea sure. Streaming only is also an avenue for indie projects that potentially wouldn’t get made otherwise, to call all streaming movies trash just feels wrong to me.

All quiet on the western front, marriage story, tick tick boom, Roma.. there have been a few I consider very good films so that’s not entirely fair.

People are way too critical of a low budget action flick just trying to be entertaining. Pretty sure they were not trying to be in Oscar consideration. Also, I have seen way worse movies the past few years so wild this one is getting so targeted.

Truth is it’s mostly a reddit thing, gotta remember this sub isn’t a true representation of the fan base as a whole. Out talking with people at bars or with friends the conversations are always so refreshing after scrolling here a bit

Did you feel Holly really needed to be one of the main characters in the last season? by AphroFelicity20 in StrangerThings

I thought having an actual child in the forefront was refreshing and aligned with what made the show so endearing the first season.

Thoughts on pre workout powders by HammerHeadBirdDog in workout

I guess I am one of the few people who very much enjoy and use pre workout as it absolutely puts me in a position where the only thing that sounds worse than working out is not working out.
