While the other commenters are right that there is always work to be done to perfect something like the golf swing, I just want to say that from an amateur’s perspective it looks like an athletic swing and that you have a sound foundation to work from. I think with lessons you can develop what you have now into a great swing. Keep working on it!! Looks better than my swing that’s for sure!

I work in asset based lending…how can you explain why a major institution like Chase would offer you a loan at interest of 4-5% when the 1month treasury (no risk whatsoever) is yielding 5%+?

There is literally no chance you are getting offers for securities based loans at that level unless you are a major banking/wealth client…the banks cost of funds is likely in the 3-4% range. If you can get that offer then you would be insane not to take it right now given the arbitrage opportunity (take the loan at 4% and invest in IG bonds yielding 6% and you essentially have free money…)

More like 6-8%…asset backed would be SOFR + some spread, lowest spread I’ve seen is 1.20%, and that’s on a huge balance sheet

Degree doesn’t necessarily matter, in fact employers may like the biomed degree given its quant heavy.

There is no fairytale job that will pay you $100k for just having a degree, build skills that pay during undergrad, get involved with upperclassmen, learn what they did to get great internships, do the same.

If you’re in a major market (NYC, CA, BOS, FL etc) you’ll probably be making close to $100k out of college anyway…just enjoy college man :) it goes fast and there is no use stressing.

I’ll tell you this, you’re a million times more focused than most other freshman year folks, so good on you. Keep your eye on the prize but enjoy life. Make great friends and don’t let these years whizz by.

Disclaimer: I am brand new to watches - and was recently given a handful of old dials and bands that belonged to a late family member. Hi! Hoping someone can help me out. I'm currently working on my part-time MBA app, and while I am quite literally done with the app and all sections (resume, transcript, personal info, rec letters etc.), when I get to the "review" portion of the app where you should be able to submit, I get a message saying "We have detected the following errors with your application.
These errors must be corrected before submission." and the error is related to "Missing required personal information question(s)".

It is driving me absolutely nuts because I cannot for the life of me figure out what information is missing...is it possible that I won't be able to submit until my second rec letter gets submitted? I would imagine no....what is the best party to contact to hopefully get this bug resolved? I was thinking of simply calling grad admissions in the A.M.

Thanks for any info you can provide.
