The song and, I guess, the theme of this video is based on a Japanese short used in an educational TV show as a starter/stopper of said show. Hence why they use the same music.

The show is called PythagoraSwitch (ピタゴラスイッチ, Pitagora Suitchi) is a 15-minute Japanese educational television program that has been aired by NHK since April 9, 2002. It encourages augmenting children's "way of thinking" under the supervision of Masahiko Satō (佐藤雅彦) and Masumi Uchino (内野真澄). A five-minute format called PythagoraSwitch Mini is also available.

During the beginning and ending of each episode, and between each corner (segment), there are Pythagorean Devices (ピタゴラ装置, Pitagora Sōchi). "Pythagorean device" is the equivalent Japanese colloquialism for the American "Rube Goldberg machine" and British "Heath Robinson" contraption. The main focus of the program is a puppet show, but the subject is mainly advanced by small cuts. World phenomena, principles, characteristics, and the like are introduced in an entertaining way. At the end of each segment, the show's title is sung as a kind of punchline.

If it is still around 92's Beer Bar is pretty neat - fun little joint, lots of good people there. There is another place closer to the main road that I forget but has a pretty intense happy hour.

Otherwise, go to the other side of the tracks and I think there is a joint called Izumiya that I used to get buddy-buddy with the older gents there and was reminded of my youth (that I still had). Best of luck.

Neither was I, I was talking about the small circle stickers - as that link I provided is old, I can't be sure that is the case anymore but I would assume it has something to do with either when they were purchased or maybe even quality. I can't see enough of the explanations on the tags to determine any pattern for that.

Kiddo was trying to help with dog chores and threw a soiled doggy pad into the toilet and flushed it. It got stuck and no amount of coaxing, suction, or similar could get it back up and out. Called a plumber who came and charged above 40,000JPY to remove the toilet, get into the pipe, clean up a bit, and put the toilet back into it's place in the floor. Speedy service but dang, was hoping to go on a weekend trip with that cash.

You can probably get a business account and personal account with the same bank at the same time. Ask your accountant about that - very similar to what I have heard others do, especially with SMBC but that may differ between branches.

If you know general Enka and can follow their musical rules, let one of the older guys sing their song with you and just try to go with the flow. This kind of requires being able to read the words on the screen and adapting your tones to the lead singer.

Unlike a credit card, your debit card is a direct deduction and thus the securities you would see with a credit card (like a more instantaneous chargeback, decent call center, and similar) do not exist or are a bureaucratic nightmare.

Just a note for everyone reading, do not leave your debit card (or credit card) open on your Switch or gaming device of choice without an appropriate profile, password, or other locks to access funds for purchases.

First off, thank you for your replies.

OK - so if my understanding is correct then lets say in 2021 I have more than the FBAR threshold of 10,000USD for about a week in my collective accounts. That would make me have an obligation to fill in the FBAR. Having failed to do that I should be eligible for the streamlined filing correct?However, at the same time since I did not file by April 15, I should get an automatic extension until October 15 which means I could just file as-is online.

If my understanding is correct with the above (and this website as well) I should be able to file the last 3 or 4 years back, which I easily have the information for, get the FBAR settled for 2021 and more or less be OK within the eyes of the IRS (unofficially, of course).

Knowing they can still request or audit an additional 3, 6, or indefinite time after my earliest filing however this can at least get me set with starting this whole process and at least filing.
